3. Delivery and Shipping Policy

3.1 Delivery areas

We currently deliver to: United Kingdom. Availability may be restricted for particular goods or destinations where legal, carrier or commercial restrictions apply.

3.2 Charges and estimates

Available delivery services, charges and estimated delivery times are shown before the order is placed. Estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated.

3.3 Dispatch

Orders subject to age verification, payment clearance, artwork approval or another clearly disclosed pre-dispatch requirement will not be released until that requirement is satisfied.

3.4 Bank-transfer orders

For Direct Bank Transfer orders, do not treat an order as paid merely because a payment confirmation or screenshot has been supplied. Dispatch takes place only after cleared funds are confirmed by us.

3.5 Delivery problems

If an order has not arrived within the expected period, contact honeybadgerscotland@yahoo.com quoting the order number. Consumer rights concerning delivery are not affected by this policy.

3.6 International orders

If international delivery is offered, the checkout or product information should state any known delivery charges. Customers may also be responsible for lawful import requirements, duties and taxes imposed in the destination country. We will not knowingly dispatch goods to a destination where we determine supply would be unlawful.
